For sale Human Touch HT-7120 Robotic Massage Chair, Black Leather Not too Happy with purchaseBy Bob BaldwinOrdered on the 7th of Dec. Received it on the 11th. took some time playing with the Massage modes. Then reclined and raised the foot rest, tried the leg massage. Then Raised the back and tried to lower the foot rest. Foot rest would not go down. Motor would run but no movement. Tried calling customer service but was not getting through. Since it was about 5pm their time I decided to wait until morning. Morning of the 12th, called customer service and explained the problem, lady said they would ship out the needed part. Also told her there was a cut in the vinyl covering on the foot rest bracket. Had a problem making her understand where this cut was located. Asked if this could be repaired before Christmas, and was told yes. They called me back on on the 13th I don't remember the reason, and I asked if she had ordered the bracket also. She had not but said she would.
