There are no service co. in America that I know of that will touch these. My computer chip went out. Which meant I needed to crawl on the floor. Take off the back cover. Pull out the old part and the replace everything. I plugged the chair in as directed and it blew up! The new part was defective and caused the chair to explode and burnt a hole in my carpet. It took an act of Congress to have them come get the pile of crap but after 30 days of sure hell and well documentation, they paid for the return. Which meant I had to box and repack it.
