The Body Relaxer HX-2000 is a great massage chair. It has smooth, quiet operation and has more controls that allow the user to customize their massage than most chairs. However, the manufacturer of this chair, Body Relaxer, offers the worst customer service. So maybe you are thinking, "So what?" But what if your chair needs service, parts, or warranty work? What then? Because you won't be able to count on Body Relaxer to provide reliable or timely help!!! They don't provide a telephone number for their company, so the only way to reach them is by email and it takes repeated attempts to get anyone to respond and then they make excuses about why it took so long for them to get back to you. Then it may take multiple emails to get them to help you and if you need in person service or parts delivered, it takes months to get what you have requested.
